Pongsaklek Wonjongkam, Is he that good?

Alot of people tell me this guy isnt good at all, I've never really seen this guy fight, Pongsaklek Wonjongkam is the current WBC flyweight champion although I never even seem to get alot of info of him others tell me he is good because he is the current champion at his weight and has the longest streak of wins with a WBC world title, What do you think?
