Arum Vows To Sue Margarito and Goossen

Arum actually has a good case if he can prove that Margarito, or his team, told him that he would sit out until June for the Cotto fight, and as a result he did not attend the Margarito-Williams purse bid.

But, if they prove Arum told them to sign for the Williams fight, then his case takes a hit.
