Definitly not underrated, he has lost whenever he takes a step up in competition.

Good post! He give, Mitchell, Cotto and Witter good fights but he lost!

How about Ben Rabah who btw beat more convincingly Urango.
I think he's gonna give RH trouble due that Ndou is the sronger man, so the clinching style might not fit RH on this one.
