EXCLUSIVE: HATTON THE HITCHMAN
A knock-out brunette has won the heart of world boxing champ Ricky "Hitman" Hatton.
And ex-model Jennifer Dooley is set to land a title of her own... as Mrs Hatton.
Ricky and Jennifer, both 28, first met when they were in the same class at Rosehill Primary School in Hyde, Greater Manchester. But they lost touch until 18 months ago when 5ft 7in Ricky recognised 5ft 11in Jennifer on a night on the town.
Now Jennifer has moved into Ricky's luxury home in Hyde and friends says they will marry. "It's just a question of time," said a pal of Hatton, who beat Colombian Juan Urango in Vegas last month to win the IBF world light-welterweight crown.
"Ricky was concentrating on the fight for months and didn't want his head spinning with thoughts of a wedding. But any day he'll get down on bended knee."
Ladies man Ricky, who is worth £10m, had a long-term affair with Lisa Malecki, 23, before he got together with Jennifer, and he has a six-year-old son by former girlfriend Claire Lord.
