in a way it was good that they gave julio the Win because If Chavez would of kept his title we would of had to wait for him to recover to see any unifications.

I agree, a knee injury shouldn't determine a loss, that's BS

I think it should.

What if a fighter is behind on the cards late in the fight and come the 12th round his only chance is to knock his opponent out. What if he just fakes the injury? There's no way of telling without an X-ray if there really is any trauma. That would be totally unfair and based on that injury rule the fight would be taken from the rightful winner.

Should not have been ruled a KO. A KO should be when someone is punched that causes something to happen. Like a cut or something. He was not punched. His leg gave out. How was he knocked out?

That should have been a No Contest.

It wasnt past the 4th. If it passed the 4th than they should have gone to the score cards. But it was in the 3rd I believe and should have been ruled a no contest. I realy see no way that was a knockout. Especially a KO and not even a TKO. Either way, neither make sense to me.

People are saying oh this couldnt be a no contest because what if a fighter is winning and this happens in the final rounds, well than it goes to to score cards. Just like a headbut, If its before 4 rounds are done it should be a no contets and if it passes 4 than go to the cards. Its simple.

Diaz also pissed me off walking around like he did something. He was like "my power was too much for him"....as if he knocked him cold or something. Diaz was outboxing him kind of but not liek people are saying. Chavez was landing some very hard shots and it was really early in the fight. People are just talking **** saying Diaz would have won anyway, im not saying Chavez would have either, it was too early to tell. It was the third round and neither one really got started yet.

I felt very bad for Chavez. He was apologizing like he owes the fans an apology or something. He was so upset you could tell.

In conclusion, I feel strongly that should have been ruled a no contest. A guy should not be able to take a world championship that way.

Trust me I had no idea this web site did such things such as attach threads together automatically I just made my own thread and next thing you know my thread is completele filled with theese other things on it they should do something about this attachment stuff.

The fight should've been NC, that was no KO, So what Diaz won the first 2 round barely, he wasn't doing **** either, I give Diaz the first 2 rounds because he probably did a little more.

The rules should be if a fighter can't continue because of an injury after the 6th round then he should lose by TKO, not after 2 rounds! Also that ref was an idiot, he thought Chavez went down from a punch!

Chavez is mentally not there anymore and should retire! I think after killing a man in his last fight + all the injuries, he just does not look like the same Chavez that I knew!

If this was 100% Chavez Diaz would've been stopped by the 6th round.

I feel really bad for Chavez!
