Mcgirt=Instant Loss

Mcgirt sucks. All his fighters lose. Why do they keep going to him for help? You can say some of them did improve, though ****, you go with another "top" trainer, and your skills will improve and you won't be losing. I consider Mcgirt a tier 3, maybe tier 2 trainer. Tier 1's are the Nacho Beristain, Manny Steward, Floyd Mayweather Sr., and Freddy Roach type guys. You see major improvements that make fighters look completely new.

hes just overated, i said it from the start. he doesnt give much good advice, after the first few rounds he didnt say **** to adamek, all he said was move your hands you gotta throw some punches lol

he gave him the right advice to pressure him , he needed to get inside with movement.. but he wouldnt tell him why he needed to do that.. becuase he was the harder inside puncher

wrong, Adamek knows english more than enough to understand instructions, instructions that come in normal english that is...........Mcgirt was expecting him to understand that slang crap....Mcgirt should have kept his instructions in simple english!!........either way though, it seemed that Adamek and his entire camp totally underestimated Dawson..........
