    Adamek Will Be Back

he lost his title and hes no longer undefeated. but now he can learn from his mistakes and look for more intresting fights.

adamek is an exciting fighter that polish fans and people with polish blood (like myself) can be proud of and cheer for. theres no shortage of us in the US.

cong**** to dawson, he showed hes the real deal. but adamek showed intresting stuff, too. he survived the KD, and came close to turning the tide with that KD of his.

    tomasz adamek will be back.

The Polish fans are great boxing fans. I went to Adamek/Briggs I & Golota/Brewster and then Adamek/Briggs II and Campbell/Zegan and the entrances of the Polish fighters were deafening, not to mention the constant cheering, chants, and even a couple songs it sounded like...

Regardless of how fast Dawson is, Adamak looked afraid to punch. If he would have let go more, it would have atleast been a bit closer. Im sure he will be back.

Adamek's lack of output made me so sick that I threw up my perogi's, but he should learn from this fight and be back. I thought after he hurt Dawson he would go after him but he just didn't seem to have it in him.

It's hard to work out just how good Adamek is, as his fights with Briggs only showed us that they were pretty evenly matched, not how Adamek compares to the top dogs at the weight. Seems like Dawson pretty much dominated Adamek and has a long and successful career in front of him..

I could see Erdei avoiding him, but he could possibly get a shot at Clinton Woods, as Woods isn't exactly known for avoiding a challenge.

Adamek vs Tarver would make sense, both looked lacklustre in their last fights and have to rebuild.

Assuming Hopkins still counts as number 1, then add Dawson, Woods, Tarver and Erdei and you have the top five. Hopkins is a no for obvious reasons, and Dawson has nothing more to prove against Adamek, so Woods and Tarver seem the only realistic top five opponents.

Dawson's performance was Raheem like. I was pissed though because the first nine and a half rounds he barely through anything. To me he blew this fight big time. Even if you can't cleanly hit him you atleast have to let punches fly.
