Vitali Klitschko: "I Know I Beat Lennox Lewis"

Lennox Lewis' POWER SHOTS made the difference in the fight. It wasn't lucky, it was an ACCUMULATION of POWER SHOTS that caused MULTIPLE CUTS. If a boxer is cut badly enough with LEGITIMATE punches there is absolutely no reason why it shouldn't be stopped.

Was Lewis winning the fight? No. Did it look as though Lewis was in trouble throughout the fight and after the last round? Yes. Lewis and Klitschko both had their moments in the fight, with Klitschko fairing the better, but it meant nothing in the end. Klitschko is BITTER because Lewis was/is the only guy who's name means/meant something, and Klitschko is pissed because it spoils his OWN LEGACY. Guess what Vitali, Lennox doesn't give a ****, because Lennox has already made HIS OWN LEGACY.

The fight may have ended in bad circumstances, but it was Lennox Lewis' POWER SHOTS that made the difference in the fight. Vitali didn't knock Lewis out, or down. He was cut very badly and failed to fully take advantage of a faded Lewis.

Its just becomeing pathetic for Vitali now, the guy is clinging to a fight from a few years ago that he won 3 rounds in.

The returning Vitali Klitschko is still having dreams of a rematch with Lennox Lewis. In a recent interview with Sportinglife, Klitschko said that he beat Lewis when the two fighters met in 2003. He feels the referee saved Lewis by stopping the fight because of a very deep cut above Klitschko's eye. Klitschko was ahead on points when the fight was stopped in the sixth round. [details]

I know he is full of ****.He was cleanly stopped.He was winning at that point on the cards I agree but Lennox was coming on and he would have stopped him with in the next few rounds regardless.......IMO

Jeez no ****....god it is worse than I remembered.His biggest win was really a loss......he is full of ****.thinking back he became this bad ass star by losing to Lennox and beating Sanders and Williams?I don't buy it.

i found it disconcerting that he was allowed to fight as long as he did, if officials truly did care for the fighters safety vitali would have been stopped after the 4th and without question after the 5th

lennox was starting to land big, vitali was beginning to look as sloppy as lewis
was and of course, vitalis face gave way, im surprised they havent used the
excuse "that wasnt the real face of vitali klitschko in there", so pathetic.

since when does winning a fight so far, then losing, means you win ? huh

i dont doubt that klit would be a very hard test for a fitter lewis, but come
on guys, which decade of boxing did you guys watch lewis dominate ? i
dont reckon it was the same one as the rest of the sane world, lewis is
a great, vitali is an underachiever with potential for some more world glory.

thats funny he thinks he beat lewis, boxers can be sum of the most bitter ppl out there but its cleat to everyone that saw the fight he was winning early on and then lennox started coming on strong and with all those cuts on his face the fight was done, good thing lennox still has a good head on his shoulders, else he might try and come back
