    A question for John Scully

I'm interested in knowing how trainers prepare fighters for their fights.

I mean in the 12 weeks or so, what kind of things do they do before a fight?

Do you have a plan that you use for every boxer or is it tailor made for each boxer?

As well as sparring in the ring, can you tell me what other things it includes?

Well, ideally, u want to have tapes to watch of your upcoming opponent so u can study weaknesses and work on answering them
