I think Trinidad was more accomplished holding record in WW defenses, champ in 3 weight classes and 5 times champion overall. But Gomez had like 33-0 with 33 KOs at one point or some crazy **** like that.

wilfredo gomez is the best puertorican fighter in my opinion he had better skills than tito and p4p better power he had one of the higest ko ratios in the history of boxing 44 wins with 42 by k.o....he also had a record 17 title defense wins by k.o......while you could make a case for tito being the best welterweight ever ...gomez without dispute was the best at. 122lbs. ever..

You must been kidding. He is not even in the top10 all-time imo.

Trinidad is easily top 10 of all times at welterweight, even joe frazier would agree with me.

I can't believe you don't have Carlos Ortiz there.

Bazooka Gomez. The man was a more complete boxer, as well as having an incredible career on top of that. He was something to behold at 122. His two significant losses were to ATG fighters...no shame in that really.
