I think Pantera wins. Hopkins relies too much on moving around and throwing a punch here and there. It's like he doesn't want to get hit or he's afraid of getting tired. His workrate is too low. I think Pantera wins on a higher workrate, 115-113.

Remember, Hopkins threw both Taylor fights out the window for not doing enough and Howard Eastman easily won the first four rounds because BHop was just dancing around.
