floyd moved up to get away from barrera?

    are you dreaming?

there are THREE years between floyd's last fight at 130 and mab's first fight at 130.

THREE years, and he moved to 135 cos he was afraid of barrera (former 122) to fight castillo (one of the biggest 135 fighters).

I want to smoke the same stuff you are smoking
Here's news for you, Castillo become a somebody AFTER fighting Floyd, not before.

      lol, I am dead right

      you are dreaming,

you must really hate that little p4p ******* (pbf) if you think he was running away from barrera.

he would have dwarfed barrera in the ring for chrissake, would have been the better boxer, faster, more powerful, bigger. did you ever see pbf fighting at 130?

on top of that barrera moved to 130 3 years after pbf left 130.

      THREE years!!

it is not by chance that pbf ducking barrera has probably never been even been dreamed about as a valid discussion topic

ill give you that but there was talk and i thought 130 was a tougher division and he didnt fight the best before he left some of the diviosion he eluded the best to move up utilize his speed in the next division.. not to SAY I wouldnt do the same ,i like floyd but i think its a bad style match up, not any more but back then barrara was a killer...

Floyd beats Hamed, big-time. Floyd is way more technically sound, with the foot and hand speed to match Hamed. In that fight, Hamed gets ****ed up. I know Hamed had power, but that hasn't helped anyone fighting Floyd yet. Sure, Judah caught Floyd with a good shot, but I'll but Judah is 20 lbs heavier than Hamed. Hamed would have no power at welterweight, and Floyd can obviously handle a heart 140-147lb puncher. Sure, Hamed has that punchers chance, but Floyd is just a much better fighter.

judahs power is nothing like hamads, floyd has never faced a puncher like hamed.. i think it would be a sloppy fight

                here's news for you:

castillo became known (outside of casual boxing fans, of course) for his fights with stevie johnston. Although he became more known to a wider public agter fighting pbf

I tend to think mayweather knew something about those two fights, even if you did not

anyway, are you suggesting floyd moved to 135 to duck barrera?

there was talk of mayweather moving up in weight bcos of casa and popo, but that's it.

i mean if you want to move up to avoid casa or popo, why get jlc as first fight?

as fot not fighting the best at 130 at that time...
                  hernandez (both)
                  corrales
                  jesus chavez

and i am leaving out the lesser names which a nuthugger would bring on the table.

there is a very long period of crappy opponents in floyd's career, that is between castillo and judah. but not before castillo.

as i sidenote, i would have loved to see casa-pbf

                      omg

judah kocked out fighters at 140-147, even if p4p hamed hits harder... hamed never fought above 126!
