I agree but it is rare to have a 115 fighter that is a real slick boxer. The closest slick fighter that really comes to mind was Briggs but that is about it...

What fighter is able to throw as many punchs as Arce did?

They have an excuse to not fight him.

I see it differently, Arce couldn't/almost ko'd Ler, but what can the next elite fighter do to Ler, would he wait for Ler to come out of his shell or could he do what Arce did and throw punchs for all 12 rounds?

That was one of the most entertaining shutouts I have ever seen. The relentlessness of Arce trying to find a sweet spot was awesome. After he caught him I was for sure he would get Ler out. But it was funny how Ler would put his hands on his trunks and walk away with his head twisted. Props to both guys for the showboating.

Yeah, Arce was trying to get him out of his shell and he just couldn't do it. Even when Arce put himself up against the ropes Ler backed himself all the way across the ring and put himself against the ropes with NO pressure from Arce. Ler is ****.

It's not like he was going up against someone who is known for gassing and even when it came to the end and he needed a knockout he didn't do anything. The showboating and taunting was funny for a couple rounds but then it was just ****ing annoying.
