Yeah, that was an impressive knockout.

Let's not get carried away though. Pavlik was standing still...having lapses where he was totally flatfooted. Luckily Zertuche was a volume puncher.

I'd like Miranda v.s. Pavlik to be made now.

Definitely a wicked KO. Guy had his eyes close yet was still standing, then got tagged again to get dropped though woke up while falling. Haha was nuts! Love to see this guy against Miranda.

what a knockout. that fight was similar to paul williams vs. matthysse. good back and forth action until the tall, boxer/puncher took over.

pavlik/miranda needs to happen. if miranda couldn't dispatch pavlik before 5/6 then its a wrap. pavlik is a workhorse with good power in both hands.

True, there were moments in that fight I thought maybe Pavlik could be hurt. Miranda has some bombs, yeah Pavlick likes to brawl, appears to have a good chin.

But I would recommend boxing Miranda early and not gettting in a slug fest.

Did he just buy that cape off a truck? Looks like he got a sheet of fabric from walmart.

If the fight is technical....Pavlik would just shoot though Miranda's gaurd. His boxing skills are far more polished and he's a better overall boxer. Pavlik's power comes from leverage and not so much being heavy handed. Although he puts punches together well....he needs to set big shots up. In doing so....he leaves himself open.

Pavlik's chances against Miranda would obviously be to keep the fight in the center of the ring.

Personally I think it would be a mirror image of the Eastman fight however. Miranda tasting Pavlik's punch and then just opening up on him.

Well I hope Pavlik's people are as confident as a lot of you guys. The fight is supposed to happen in mid May. I am a little worried after the lackluster performance in the first few rounds they would stay away from Edison.

If Miranda hits him as easy as Zertuche, Pavlik will be out quick.
PLEASE BOXING GODS, Make this fight happen!

That was a hell of a fight. I was impressed with Pavlik. Theres no doubt he had some problems early with the wide nonstop punches of Zertuche. I think Zertuche punched himself out though, and he doesnt have near the power of a Miranda or a Taylor.
