I'm going with my gut on this one, Marco Antonio Barrera by unanimous decision. -
Common logic would dictate that Marquez, the clearly better boxer, would have no hard time in schooling Barrera quickly and effectively. However my gut is just telling me not to underestimate Barrera, and he's a favorite of mine. While I do acknowledge that his best days are clearly behind him, I think he has enough in him for 1, possibly 2 more spectactular fights.
You also have to throw in there the fact that Barrera's mental toughness is a serious factor in the fight, as well as the fact that he can switch styles up on you at the drop of a dime. I don't think he can outbox Marquez, but I think if he switches styles enough throughout the fight he can fluster Marquez and take him out of his gameplan.

I like Marquez but the only way he gets a tko is if Barrera corner steps in. I still can't belive this fight is happening. But i have to back Barrera. Also i think this is going to be Marquez first fight at 130, he maybe stronger, but i have no doubt Barrera is getting ready for a war with Marquez.Comment
