I'll answer for him: Who knows who the WBC will favor because they are a corrupt and shameless organization. Maybe a lawsuit can favor Peter as the deserving challenger for the belt which would be the right thing to do but, judging by pass outcomes, the WBC will disregard Peter and let Vitali come back unless the law states otherwise.

Nothing is official. There is an April 21 date in Moscow. I expect the a lawsuit from Duva/King before the WBC makes an official announcement. They seem to be leaning towards Maskaev-Klitschko.
