A Prime Morales who fought at 126 would be able to beat Pacquiao of today. However even a non-drained 07 version of Morales would lose to Pac, he's been in too many wars and Pacquiao is just too good at this point.

i think Pacquiao is a tough fight for anybody. he has gotten much better since he lost to morales in the 1st fight. i think he could give morales hell. he's a tough fighter. a prime Morales is better than a prime pacquiao, but Pacquiao isnt so easy to fight...especially now that he has added sum more tools to his arsenal.
