You don't seem to understand what you are saying dude. How can Pac lose? And what 20% are talking about? Finkel's contract has expired and if not as he (Finkel) was claiming it's still gonna expire on Jan 31, '07. So what 20% are talking about?
Even if the court rules in favor of GBP it won't include Finkel's contract being extended.
