I would also like to see a rematch but not an immediate one. Valuev needs to take care of business with Chagaev and Mcccline needs at least one tune-up. The problem with an immediate rematch is that we have to wait for Mccline to recover from his injuries and then there's the chance of him re-injuring himself when he comes back. Better for it to happen in a tune-up fight than in another title fight.

          rematch my ass..
He was a voluntary defence.. why should he face him again.

He will have to fight a mandatory and then I say UNIFY!

And if not, at least give others a chance if anything

McCline injured himself so its a TKO. If it was from an accidental foul like stepping on his foot then it would warrent being a NC, but not in this case.

But McCline was fighting very tense.. I didn't see his shots hurt, or even bother Valuev... I don't see McCline last 12 rounds in this fight.

Fight would have changed momentum by like the 7th rounds and McCline would have been out in 9.

              Just my thoughts
My thoughts exactly! Thanks for the link bud

Thanks for the post, brotha. Wouldn't have caught this otherwise - we owe u.

This was on the opening page on AOL I hear.

The injury itself wasn't much to appreciate in terms of gore.

I thought his leg was going to come off from what it was made to seem..

Looked like it could have been an alright fight... Shame.

What has the HW division come to when people are calling for a Valuev-McCline rematch?!?

Let's see Valuev-Chagaev, then the winner faces Klitschko, Maskaev or Peter or Briggs or Ibrigamov (if he wins). SOMEBODY with a belt. PLEASE. Anything else is another step backward for the division.

The whole fight is on You-tube now.
                    Rnds 1&2

                    Rnd 3

Perfect example as to why I like to actually see a fight for myself, as some journalists reported that McCline "rocked" Valuev, clearly that was never the case. McCline looked very scared after winging away with all he had, only to see Valuev still coming at him.
