Whats your excuse now, Americans? He was clinching and the fight was in Vegas. Where are all the home town bias comments and the comments about England letting fighters get away with clinching? Come on lets hear you, the fight was in Vegas, lets hear you moan about the rules of the Nevada Athletic commision not being enforced by the referee, like you did when Hatton fought KT.

On another note, I finally got to watch the fight and I was impressed with Hattons approach to the fight, his handspeed was more than decent, the angles at which he was attacking from were something of the past (pre Collazo). He didnt look weight drained or weakened or too muscular. The camp was pretty perfect and he was catching Urango all night long with the rights and left hooks.

Moan all you like about the opponent, but you knew the opponent a few months ago and now you have seen the performance that Hatton put in you cant start going back to comments about Urango not being up for it. He was the champion at that division, he has now lost his championship, making way for a pretty big fight between Hatton and Castillo. Mission accomplished. All you can do is praise the man.

Oh yeah and Hatton will kill Castillo.

Im not saying anything about Hatton's opponent but if he was doing good in the first half why all the clinching the second. I mean even hardcore Hatton fans should aknowledge that his excessive clinching is annoying. Some fighters get points taken away when they do that. Klitshcko got warned in the fight with peter and he did less clinching than Hatton. This is boxing people! If you want to wrestle and hug hey UFC will welcome Hatton with open arms. I just don't understand how he isn't warned for excessive clinching.

i know i was expecting a good fight and instead i got to watch that clinching bastard do the same **** all over again. this is the 2nd time ive watch hatton fight and hes a dirty fighter who hugs constantly. not only that if he even lands a clean punch all his fans are "like did you see that" man come on people open your eyes and see who hatton really is and what he brings to the table.
