Like Hattons style or not, It would make a WAR with CASTILLO later this year!!!!!

Castillo the veteran, wont allow a clinch. And hatton would be discouraged to clinch, because Castillo nails that body all the time during a clinch.

Hatton would have to shoot his combos like he does while jumping in, but instead of holding, he could be forced to either push castillo away or or continue punching.

The second he clinches is the second when Castillo wears hatton down by pushing and using his tactics on the inside, and nailing hatton with body shots.

If we learned one thing today, its that hatton can get hurt to the body easier then to the head.

Urango landed some massive uppercuts, Castillo is a master of the uppercut. Ngoudjo landed plenty of fast combinations, Hatton is the master and fast combinations.

I cant see this NOT being a war, and people should excited that hatton passed the test, because they are getting a treat in a few months

The way Hatton has fought in his last four fights is nothing like he used to fight.

Trust me, American's have not seen anything like the real Ricky Hatton yet.. but the sad thing is I don't you ever will - he's missed the boat IMO and is a washed up fighter.

i agree with VERSATILE2K7. i just am not feeling that this will be a really exciting, entertaining fight as many may be painting it as.

Just like when Americans had not seen anything like the real Naseem Hamed, because he missed the boat? I bet he was a washed up fighter too when he fought Barrera

Weren't these the same excuses you made before Lacy-Calzaghe for Joe?

Well we'll just have to find out.

I thought the first 6 rounds of tonights fight was good stuff. pretty entertaining. But as soon as he got hurt and tired, he stopped moving and started clinching.

If hatton lives up to the promise he made Larry Merchant after the fight, and not eat so much and balloon up, AND he comes to the fight in better shape then when he fought Kostya Tszyu, I think it could be a great fight. one for the ages

And honestly, i think Hatton can and will do all those things.

I agree. Getting exposed when fighting decent opposition is true.

                    The footage doesn't lie indeed.
