Out of all the 154 champs, de la hoya might be the biggest name but I think he's the paper "weak link" champ. I would honestly pick cory spinks, travis simms, and sergey dzindiruk to beat him. From 1999-2006, de la hoya has been beating the B level fighters and losing to the A level fighters. If he loses to mayweather, which he obviously will. I think he is gonna go after one of the 154 champs, and i honestly see spinks beating him.

The only thing de la hoya has done in the last 8 years is get a controversial decision over Ike and beat vargas. Thats it basically.

Publicists, that's what they're paid for. I went up to him at the public press workout, which means the press is supposed to come and view and ask questions and whatnot. I went up to him and asked him if I could ask him a few questions, and he said no, he doesn't do interviews and walked away. He wouldn't even sign an autograph for my brother.

Man Vernon sounds like a prick. Now that I think about it I'm glad he got his punk scared ass KO'd by an even bigger punk in Mayorga.

That was the only time in which I had ill feelings toward a fighter. We're all humans and there is no need to treat people like that. He's enjoying his success, I guess.

Winky Wright did the same thing to my little brother. At a David Tua fight, my brother went up to him and asked for an autograph, and he sicked his security on him.

Vernon has a really inflated view of himself because he hangs with ******s all the time, try it yourself-start hanging out with tards, give it a couple weeks and you will think you are god too.

It would appear Vernon's body is simply not going to allow him to fight any more, he never has recovered from the rotator cuff injury.

Hey Run-Vernon for the most part is not as exciting as you think...watch his career pre-Mosley there are some real snoozers in there-I think Johnny Ruiz learned how to hit and hold from Vernon himself.

If Vernon is in an exciting fight it is because he is fighting an exciting opponent, Vernon can be as dull as it gets!

I'd feel the same way bro. Vernon's lucky hes got a few fans out there. It isnt like his fanbase is off the charts ! lol. Were the people who pay to watch them fight. The least he can do is sign an autograph.

I'm surprised about Winky. You'd think a fan favorite pound 4 pound champion would at least sign his name on a piece of paper.

I've met Arturo Gatti in person and talked to him for awhile. That dude is one of the nicest guys I ever met. Not ****y , not concieted or anything...just a downright nice human being.
