Cooney beat young, lyle, norton, and st gordon. He also beat a few c level fighters and his fight with larry holmes is one of the biggest hyped fights ever. I think he can get in if guys like ingo are there. All cooney needed was like 3 more good wins and he would definetly be in there.

If matthew saad muhammad and dwight muhammad qawi are in the hall of fame, tarver should definetly make it. If it wasn;t for tarver, roy would still be talking **** and claiming he is untouchable.

Ward was a fighter that most love to root for and he was fun to watch. He was a club fighter with a world-class left hook... No way he ever gets in...

Chuvalo is in the hall of fame and cooney is way better than him. Gerry was a big money draw, he did good things for the sport. Put him in there, he would always beat ken norton and kenny is in there.

Then the HOF would be filled with mediocre guys. There's plenty of fighters who give it all but aren't elite fighters.

They don't deserve the HOF, and neither does Ward.

neither are donald curry, esteban dejesus, and marlon starling.

It'd be disgraceful if Ward made it in and those guys did not.

                      Ward was all guts.

I remember Jesse James Leija getting so down on Camacho Jr. for choosing to not go on when he had a cut. Then Leija fights Ward, and Leija does the exact same thing.

                      micky would have fought on.
