I was NOT impressed with Williams AT ALL in his last fight. On that night, ANY of the top 147 pounders in the world would have beat him.

paul williams can beat hatton..but not cotto or mayweather...williams is too long for 5'6 hatton..he wins by decision

We haven't seen all of what Williams is capable of, it's a bit early to tell.. but judging by his recent performances I think his physicality and style would give Hatton hell.

hatton is horrid at 147, hes only 5'6" whereas williams is damn near 6', much stronger and very tough.

hatton wouldn't be able to touch williams, let alone beat him.

Cotto, Margarito, Mayweather, Mosley, Collazo - I'd pick them all over Williams. ****, I think Berto would beat him. As for Hatton, Williams' size may very well cause him problems but I would still think he'd beat him.

That's maybe a bit harsh but I really wasn't impressed with him, and havent been in many of his fights. I like his style but I'm not sure that he's the fighter people think he is.

But maybe he'll prove me wrong...

That sounds about RIGHT for Paul Williams.. beat up a guy who gives up 6 inches in height and 12 inches in reach and it NOT a true WW.. I cat wait till this tall ass PUNK takes on a REAL WW... its going to be funny watching him get cut down like a Tree

Cotto would break his ribs then eat his heart! Mayweather would school him dispite the size disadvantage and id give Berto a good chance even now, i think Berto will go far! Oh and Id make Tony slight favourite over him but he is good. Hatton? Not a good fight for Ricky but i give him a shot
