                I just seen the workout and Hatton does look to be in very good shape. When a fighter moves fast on his feet as Hatton did you know he's in great shape. Im still surprised at how Hatton yells when he throws a punch. Does he do this when he fights? Cause i don't recall hearing him yell or grunt like that in either of the boxing matchs i've seen him in.
                i have brittle hands and i used to hit the heaybag barehanded for some dumb ass reason. i also learned the hardway when i broke my right middle knuckle and i'm a southpaw. anyway, i only puch the heavybag barehanded very softly just to get the technique down. i agree, hatton needs to ease up on the bag. i think he put more force into his punches because the cameras were there also. he'll learn, unless his hands are stronger than we think.
