That'd be tough to do because, if I'm remembering correctly, p4p ratings weren't included in the boxing magazines until around 1983 or 84, although KO Magazine used to run a "best fighter" p4p poll at the end of every year starting in 1980 and those can easily be found in The Ring's (who continued the poll) annual year-end issues...At least I'll assume they're still doing so, as I have a year-end issue of their's from 2003 with all of the annual "best fighter" polls listed in it.
