How funny will it be if Margarito crushes Cotto?

Mallenaggi seemed to daze Cotto for a second in the 10 or 11 the round. Quintanna did the same thing to Cotto with a bodyshot that hurt Cotto.

I know what ur talkin about but ur wrong bud he wasnt stunned ive just watched it again, i can actually see why ud think that tho but he definatley wasnt. And i know alot of people here got excited about that body shot Quintana landed but it wasnt nearly enough to say it HURT him, he felt it but wasnt hurt

Mark my words bro, this fight is gonna play out like the Bazan-Cotto or Maussa-Cotto fights. That's what Cotto does to taller, lankier power punchers, they're tailor made for him. Also remember how Lujan who has a similar style to Cotto but not his power nor stamina, was able to hang in the pocket and get at Margarito a few rounds until he got tired. Hurt by Malignaggi and Quintana? I saw Margarito buckled a few times against Clottey, he was very lucky Clottey got tired and also hurt his hands other wise the out come would've been different. I got lots of respect for Tony, but he's starting to look weight drained and he knows it, the same confident Tony would've fought Williams in a heart beat. I give you that, on June he won't be at his best against Cotto.

Margarito is better then both these guys. You can't compare those guys with Margarito, I didnt' know Bazan, Cesar Bazan fought Cotto.

I belive that since Mallenaggi and Quintanna were able to daze Cotto imagine what Margarito is going to do to Cotto....and some people disaggree that Cotto was dazed/hurt/wobbled wte, but i seen it with my own eyes and Cotto was dazed. People like to talk about Cotto v. Quientanna as if Cotto was flawless in this fight. Which he was not, he should a lot of holes in his game.

Margarito did get dazed/wobbled by Clottey, but Clottey and Cotto are not the same fighters. I do aggree that Margarito looked drained, he will have to move up in 1 year or earlier. I bet if he loses he moves up to 154. If he wins, i still don't think he'd stay at welterweight for too much longer.

Cotto is mentally tough, he can handle **** talking. Tony is very dangerous but against Cotto i feel he's out of his depth

Haha, that would be funny, but I doubt it will get in Miguel's head. He's very mature and always seems very focused and concentrated.

It would be funny if Margarito made it past 6 rounds. Margie's power is overrated. WHO has he fought? Clottey would have owned him if the injury hadn't occured. Cotto is going to destroy Margarito. I think Mexico should put out an ad for a few NEW champs...cause Philipines are owning the lower weights and I just don't see a Mexican in the near future who is going to trouble Cotto.

Unless I hear Papa Trinidad is Margarito's real father, I am going to doubt margo's power. He is not Tito...and Cotto is not Cintron. Margarito should become a card reader since he often tells you in advance which arm he is going to use. Haha
