When Julio Cesar Vasquez finally realizes that he is a shell of his former self, he should make the hall of fame. I'm not saying he's an elite fighter, but there are people in the hall of fame that accomplished less than him. Such as cuevas, joe luis ramirez, saad muhammad and vito antofermo. JCV and Terry Norris were the top super welterweights for like 5 straight years. Vasquez won the belt, made 10 defences, lost to pernell and won the belt again. That is clearly good enough to be considered a world class fighter. He might be the 2nd best argentinian boxer behind monzon cuz he accomplished far more than corro did.
Same thing goes to guys like paez, mcgirt, haugen, i think they did enough to be in the HOF.
