Will tyson be convicted?

My guess is he will be back in prison, but with an unstable person like Mike Tyson, you cannot rule out suicide at this point in his life unfortunately...

yes he will,and he needs to be you cant do that and get away with it and he wont get away with it, he should have been smarter

Tyson goes to prison for **** with no good evidence against him. He definately will go to prison with good solid evidence in the five 0's corner, with a confession. Ashamed if you ask me. If he does go he will be worse than an animal when he gets out this time

I don't see how he can prevent himself from going back to prison. It appears that the DA is set on trying the case which means that a plea deal for parole is very unlikely.
