    Abdulaev - Clottey loss by languge

    here is something i got from boxrec.com

    kinda wierd

    another fight where a person was knockeddown but didnt see is one of Raulas fights where he and trainer Goosen where concentrating on gaining back stamina but forgot to see the ref.

    any other wierd KOs

    Abdullaev doesn't know 1-10 in English and he's boxing in a fight with a ref that speaks English - not very good preparation to say the least.

    I didn't see this fight, but referees usually count on their fingers too so he ought to have known where the count was, wouldn't you think?

      havent seen it,but i read reports on it.I think he WAS getting up,but HIS people told him to take the full 8 or whatever,but he stayed down 2 seconds longer...

        Willie Gibbs did something similar against Edison Miranda. He looked like he was waiting for a good time to rise. He should know that the best time is PRIOR to 10...lol
