  • Which FIGHTS have you attended live and in person?

I haven't seen as many as I'd like.

The biggest fight I went to was Hopkins vs. De La Hoya.

    Good time, anti-climactic ending..

That was a sight to see.

(Fight night hoochies are something to boggle the mind.)

What fights have you witnessed in the FLESH?

I live in Vegas so I have been to a bunch

When I was young I went to one of the Vinny Paz vs Duran fights, I went to one where Lennox Lewis fought Tony Tucker I forget the main event though.

I went to alot of smaller shows cause my dad was workin with a pro and we went to most his fights.

also went to small shows where Angel Manfredy was the main event, also one where Frans Botha vs Joey Guy was the main event. I forget what the main event was for another one but Pae Wolfgrahm fought Jimmy Thunder on the undercard.

I went to Kostya Tszyu vs Zab Judah

I went to the Rahman vs Maskaev rematch

I went to the Casamayor vs Castillo fight with Lacy vs Sheika and Peter vs Jeremy Williams (everybody was booing Peter when he came out and they went crazy for Williams when he came out and was introduced, haha)

I went to the Dominic Guinn vs Friday Ahunanya fight

I went to the ESPN PPV with Cintron vs Margarito, (after the first round when Margarito was walking back to his corner he shook his head like "This guy aint ****" and had a smile.) Brock vs McCline and Mosley vs Estrada

I went to the Tim Austin vs Rafael Marquez fight, with Juan Pollo Valenzuela vs Ricardo Williams on the undercard, the people were going crazy, the mexicans were all chanting "Pollo" and the blacks were runnin around yellin and swinging tshirts over there head.

I went to UFC 40 with Tito Ortiz vs Ken Shamrock 1

I went to Pride: The REal Deal, the first Pride show in America.

Yeah, My dad is kind of a semi fan, but he was excited about this cause he was a fan of both and they were on a collision coure. I couldnt believe it was finally going to happen. We went and my older brother came, after the first round he leaned over to me and said "This guy doesnt stand a chance." (talking about Tszyu). I was thinking, damn all this build up and Judah is gonna dominate him and outclass him.

It was the weirdest thing, we were way up in the rafters and I could see the whole audience and when Judah went down EVERYBODY jumped up. I'll never forget how that looked, Judah flopped down and there was immediatly a wave of people. People booed the stoppage. I remember I was watching the replay on the big monitor and when I turned back to look at the ring there was a blue stool flying in the air over the ring (the one Judah threw), hahaha

                  I remember the crowds reaction.

                  It was uproarias.

Normally I wouldn't mind missing such a sudden ending - but not here.

Ive seen alot funny stuff and mingle with alot of fighters. Ill share just a couple real quick off the top of my head.

I was at one fight that was on Friday Night FIghts, Brian Kenny and Max Kellerman were there filming on a ramp and they had Diego Corrales as a guest. ANyway, I was walking around and this drunk white guy makes a dash for the ramp and this big security guard grabbed him by the arm and pulled him off the walkway up. The white guy was drunk and was like "I just want to talk to them, I just want to talk..." I got closer and the white guy was BONES ADAMS!! AHAHAHAHAHA

One time I saw Mount WHitaker at a fight and I went and shook his hand and was talking to him. There was another guy there standing next to him and he was looking at me like he was expecting me to notice him, he looked familiar but I couldnt remember who he was so I just walked away. I was like 12 or 14 so I didnt really know who he was, but it was Terry Norris. I ignored Terrible Terry Norris to talk to "Goofy" what a shame.

I met Cliff COuser at a furniture store and he was real freindly and gave me his email address and his website and was telling me to email him.

I had a five minute conversation with Mark Coleman at the weigh in for the Pride show here in Vegas, lets just say he wasnt confident at all. Ill talk more about it if you guys want eventhough he is MMA.

Here in vegas you run into fighters ALOT. Hell, I saw DIego COrrales and Kelvin Davis a few days ago at the airport. Ive seen COuser almost everywhere, Julio Garcia at the mall, Sam Peter at the mall, I saw Jorge Luis Gonzales at a buffet, Jorge Arce at a buffet, Joe MEsi at a buffet and Marcos Primera at a buffet. I used to see Casamayor at all the fights, Wyne McCollough is at everyfight, Vassily Jirov walking around the casino. PLus you see all the fighters at the their weigh ins and press conferences etc.
