Yeah I didn't even mention Valuev because it's just ridiculous imagining him and Toney fighting. I think the fact that maskaev is slower and doesn't hit as hard as peter would be enough for Toney to get the UD. Now guys like Rahman and Lyahovich, i'm not sure what these guys have left. Lyahovich looked awfull against an awfull Briggs.

James should fight 1 more without a doubt to grab his 70th. If by the slim chance he can get into the type of shape he was for Holyfield, then he should and could continue, otherwise he should call it a career.

He should definitely retire. Yeah, he's probably still a top 10 heavyweight, but he's not going to be champ, and it's only downhill from here. He's proven he could fight with the best, all he would show now is that he's still a pretty good fighter, but we all know that already.

Plus, the more shots he takes from the big boys, the worse it's going to be for him after he hangs em. Every blow kills a few more cells in the brain bank, and believe me, his account is going to bounce very soon.

Nah most probably not. Let's be honest about this. We have seen Toney in better shape and we know what he can do without those extra weight.

There's no way Toney would beat Peter - whether he weighed 220, 195 or 270. He just doesn't have the natural strength/reach to compete with someone that big, strong and (sorta) skilled.

If Toney came in at 220 he'd be smacked around like the "ho that stole the pimp's blow".

no, no and no. He'll keep fighting and talking trash for another 3 or 4 years. Toney is Toney and he shouldn't go away from what he loves

he needed that extra weight to absorb peter's power. coming in lighter would have made that more difficult
