Floyd who fought Chico has a slight advantage.

cant really say because if you seen Mayweather - Gatti and Calzaghe vs Lacy mayweather seemed to use his handspeed very well there

handspeed goes to mayweather, he has faster hands, BUT, Calzaghe throws more in combo's so if you're speaking about combo's then i'd say Calzaghe, one punch at a time would be mayweather.

Theres a reason for that though.
At 140 Floyd threw lots of extremly quick combos, and he showed signs of that against Mitchell.
However, he had to deal with Zab, who is extremly fast at 147 and then Baldomir, who he threw nice combos early against but his injury reduced him to potshotting more than normal.
