Austin gets Klitschko right? Bigger fight, But I would say thats a much harder fight to win

And Ibragimov gets Briggs. Lesser fight, but more winnable

      1. It looks like Ibragimov got the better deal in the sense that he will possibly get two to three big fights from the draw, whereas Austin will have to start comebacking from the big KO that is highly likely to be coming his way.

      2. Austin was stepping out but was caught clean. I can't picture the other KD at the moment but I think it was more accumulation than a big punch. Either way it was a pretty even fight with Sultan the aggressor especially early and Austin adjusting and catching up by discouraging Sultan's attempts to move in. Neither made a big statement, and I think it was Sultan's hype, what there was of it, that died that night. I stand open to correction though.

Austin clearly had a knockdown on Sultan that was called a push. I think I had it a draw. Austin got the better deal in terms of the title shot Sultan has a better chance to win.

That was a great fight. I thought Ibragimov inched it out the win. And Austin got KD'd pretty much from one good punch. Ibragimov was clearly hurt for a bit before he went down

both guys showed that they have below average punch resistance,

sultan was overweight and took the fight lightly, he fought scared, not sure if it was cause he was afraid to tire of if austin hit him hard enough to keep him away...

i dont think sultan can take a shannon briggs punch any better than austin can take wlads best shot, though he has a better chance since briggs is lazy. i think sultans chances are overrated and that he will be knocked out early on by briggs.

Yeah, I was there for that fight. The fight was great back and forth action, with Sultan winning most of the first half of the fight and Austin most of the second.
