he trained for a 4 round fight agianst Mercer and didnt really even train for bentt

he pretty much beat himself in the bentt fight by going too crazy trying to close the show on a hurt bentt,,,but lets not make any excuses for the mercer fight,,,,that was just his awful stamina problem rearing its ugly head and mercer took advantage and went after him. morrisons stamina was just dreadful and at least as bad if not worse than briggs's. thats really what held him back from more success

I remember him getting LIT UP in the first round when he fought here in Tulsa. Going down several times, etc.

He went on to do Ok..but man....I think after the Carl Williams fight I realized that if his chin got stuck real hard...his whole gameplan changed.

he didnt look like the tommy morrison that i remember in the least bit
