I think Briggs is utter **** who's riding the wave of one of the biggest flukes in years. He beat Sergei legit, but Sergei was horse**** in that fight. Toney would have KO'ed him.

Briggs victory over Sergei was one of the least commanding and impressive victories I've seen for a title. His stamina and confidence were horrible.
