hopkins wants revenge vs jones?

Hopkins is just desperate for a big win over a big name. He did say before he retired the only thing left for him to do is go up to heavyweight. Now he wants a Jones that would get KO'd by a gentle breeze.

I wonder if Jones will take the bait. His ego is as big as Hopkins.

All this is, is a opportunity for Hopkins to add a credible name to his resume without much risk. He now knows that Roy is ripe for the picking, and Hopkins can make millions doing it. From his perspective, why not?

Im not prepared to write the guy off QUITE yet either, his chin is piss poor but i think his real problem is phycological, if he gets his Game face back on he will be ok imo

im not sure about his chin either but u gta remember the punches he got ko'd wit were not light punches. tarvers 1 hit him flush with full force, and johnson got hard right on the side of the head and u know what that can do.

u remember his 3rd fight with tarver, u can clearly see he was the better fighter when he turned it up. tarver was clueless most of the fight and jones jus let him win by doing very little as he jus wanted to survive.

Roy shoulda won that last fight with Tarver, just a bit more effort and passion and it was his! True the Tarver KO woulda put most people to sleep! I didnt think the Johnson KO was from a particuarly hard punch tho, mabey just caught him perfect
