    Toney vs. Briggs

Believe it or not, I think Toney would beat Briggs by late stoppage. He's just so tough and cagey that I seem him weathering an early storm by Briggs (who I consider a softer puncher than Peter) and catching him while he's tired in the mid rounds with a combination off of a counter right hand.

Toney just took the beating of his life but he still has some life in him if he truly wishes to continue boxing.

He'd have no chance against Wlad however. Wouldn't win a round IMO.

Yeah i could also see him getting up a huge rally on Briggs when hes exhausted in the later rounds. But on the other hand i dont know if i could watch the first 3 rounds with the fear of what could happen to lil Toney..

my intuission tells me that toneys main problem lies more in his dietplan (ore lack there off) than his strenght training.

sport spcific weighttraining doesnt make you slow

He could probably beat Briggs. Is the road to that fight worth it though? Slurp up Don King as much as you can to get a bull**** title shot.

I think Peter just came in prepared and a lot sharper than Toney. Toney still has skills but Peter really showed good boxing skills from rounds 4 on.

I still hate Peter... He is a dirty whiny boxer with a bad attitude.

Naw Toney is that guy and capable but tried to show that to late and a fight to late, Peter watched a lil tape saw what his jab did fight 1 when he threw it and did it often fight 2

Briggs does have awfull stamina, so I think Toney would do better against him than he did against Peter tonight, that's for damn sure. Briggs may be too tall though, and Toney is too damn heavy whether it's muscle or fat.
