    Thank You James Toney.

Thanks for all the Memories James.

You turned me from a spectator into a Fan.

Here's hoping you fare well in whatever you do with your life after boxing.

Nah, but let's hope he does at the post-presser.

I dunno. I just dont see where else he can go.

He looked old and slow tonight.

Im a real fan. But I would like to see him not end up like Meldrick Taylor.

It would be wierd listening to all his smack talk if he has a real bad slur and shakey hands.

He's got nothing else he needs to prove.

James Toney it seems to me is a spitefull sob. He'll probably stick around in eliminators forever just to spit on the likes of the Max Kellerman's, the Larry Merchant's, the Dan Rafael's and other "boxing luminaries". Not to mention his hatred for Lennox Lewis, that **** probably runs his engine more than anything else.

Anyway I've always enjoyed watching him fight and agree that he should maybe retire. But I doubt it.

I don't know if he will ever be heavyweight champion but he still has great fights with Hopkins, Jones, Tarver, etc that can be made . I think he will be like Duran and fight until he's 50 .

I also would not want him to end up like Meldrick. And to be honest, Peter appears to have landed more punches on him than anyone I can remember except maybe when Roy Jones beat him.

Meldrick is still trying to fight, and that is ridiculous.

it's up to him, some guys can't let go... i wouldn't be disappointed if james hangs em up and becomes a commentator. i think jim lampley's job will be up for grabs pretty soon... all i can say is, i've been a huge toney fan since 1991 when he knocked out michael nunn and i don't want james to end up with a dog named Punchy

Toney has nothing to be ashamed of, he's still going into the hall of fame. Hopefully he stops eating burgers and cuts his ass down to 200 lbs.
