Yup Tyson defense was much better then Tua and he def jabbed more then Tua. Tyson was also much faster then Tua! But both Tua and Ike had some of the best chins in the HW history.

He also stopped a prime Byrd in 5 which your favorite Wlad couldn't do when Byrd was in his prime!

        So what?

He stopped Byrd, and won the decision on the cards against Tua. In fact the fight was exciting and more difficult to score than enlisted. Like I've stated the Tua that fought bell was a motivated fighter after having dropped that decision.

Based on two decent wins alone and a 20 fight record with wins compiled against completely unknown club fighters....you're already going to put Ike in the H.O.F.

I just think it sounds ridiculous, don't you?

I didn't say I will put Ike in the HOF, but he did faced the best version of Tua and the best version of Byrd. If Ike would've never gone to prison then yes he would've been an hall of famer, I think he would've dominated for a good 5 years!

So based on his victory over Tua would you say Ike has a better legacy? Keep in mind he only fought 20 times and then went to prison for beating and raping a stripper. 20 fights is not enough in my opinion to give a guy a credible ranking.

Will Tua also lost to Byrd and Ike stopped Byrd in 5, as for legacy I think Tua is a little ahead of Ike because he fought and never went to prison. I like both Ike and Tua, I don't think either fighter will make the Hall of Fame. But Ike never had a chance to prove how great he was!

Ike was a very good fighter back in the days, its a shame he went to prison, he could have been still dominating till now, people will never know now...Even if he is back now hes lost a good 8 years, and we never know what he could have done in these 8 years, maybe beat some great fighters, maybe would have been able to become a alltime great, 8 years lost, i think he should forget any comeback now...he has lost a lot of time.
