Yep hes a very good fighter, the last time he was in the ring was 2004, he was'nt active,etc... he is a fighter who has good power and slugs it out, hes like the Pryor of the light middleweight division, his brother is good too, Tarvis Simms, they are both twins, and both are undefeated.

Anyway, the dude looked very sharp after the long inactivity, he looked even faster and stronger than before, no ring rust. I saw what he did to Terra and with all the inactivity and the power Rivera showed in his only fight at 154, I thought he would be in trouble.
Props to Simms, he has the style to give anyone trouble, wanna see him fight soon.
