But at 220 he will be much more effective.

true, but he's old. I'd love to see Toney back in the shape he was in against Holyfield, but I don't know if he has it in him anymore.

Well he does look better now then before

      He does pack more muscle.

All he needs now is cut that fat. And do that by eating fruit veggie and doing lots of runnig. I can see him go down to 220 by eating little and just doing lots of running. His ego is just too big, he thinks to highly of himself and doesnt think he needs to come in trim.

Sure he is old. But he is a professional athlete, hes done it all his life.

Toney usually comes in thinner against the quicker, lighter fighters. Booker and Holyfield are great examples.

People use steroids as an excuse, but his fight against Ruiz he looked just as fat as against Rock.

boxing is about boxing not who looks better. sixpack dont mean you can
            box
You're right. But the problem is, Toney HAS been gassed in his last two fights. If not, he might have come out with both decisions (Rahman, Peters; even though I still think he won both.)

True, I dont think Toney has the hands to KO many people at Heavyweight, but Mr. Soprano dont forget that he did wobble Peter a few times in the last fight. Who knows what a few more of those could do to Peter on fight night, especially in the later rounds.

Yes I boxed before, and I am cut and my personal stamina is ****, cause I dont do **** all cardio
Which I doubt Toney does. Because one of the sings of cardio work is what you look like.

ANd I replied to your post about "shape" in a different thread.

The lighter he is the faster he can move, the harder he can punch, the faster he can punch.

But at 220 he will be much more effective.
yeah but 220 with peter leaning and hittong his body
will take much more out of toney
he needs some muslce some mass to take some of those blows

toney is older he isnt going to slip as many punches but
he can deflect and take them and make sure non of the
                      shots hit flush

but he needs some weight to take shots form the big man
