I'll say In Jin Chi is the next toughest fighter Pacquiao could face outside of JMM and MAB today. A brawler with a granite chin and seasoned with experience. Yes tougher than Valero, Soto, Juarez or Guzman so this is a welcome development.
But I don't think this fight is already in the bag, not yet, since IBF has expressed their willingness to sanction a Pac fight with Klassen (their title holder).
It would be wiser for Pacquiao to pick up the IBF belt on a tune up match
than to fight other fighters who has nothing to offer. Then later on maybe a unification fight with Valero before facing the winner of JMM/MAB fight?
