Shane Mosley lost his Light Middleweight belts to Winky Wright almost 3 years ago.

DLH is probably the toughest fighter, but won his belt from Mayorga (who isn't too great anymore), who won the vacant title. Spinks beat Karmazin, who beat Ouma, who beat Verno Phillips. I would say Spinks' belt is more legit since its been through top competition. I think DLH is better than Spinks, but I'd have to say as of right now Spinks in the champ.

Winky is gone. I don't care who has the belts... Shane is the best at 154 right now.

By beating up a Vargas? I dont think so. Spinks is the real champ. He beat Karmazin.

Good call, that's the way I see it as well.

He holds the title that's been passed down through fights and not strippings or vacancies.

I think you guys are crazy overrating belts... Cory Spinks has been at light middleweight for what? 1 fight?

While Mosley has ripped apart Oscar, Estrada, Cruz, and Vargas all at 154... And got beat by a future middleweight... He has done a lot more and is the paper champ in that divison.

The best current 154 is Roman Karmazin.

Only reason he lost his IBF title to Spinks is cuz Don King wanted to screw him since he could make more money off a more popular Spinks.

Mosley FAR from ripped apart Oscar.
Cruz and Estrada were beaten at Welterweight by Mosley.
And Vargas was a shell of himself in both fights.

Cory came in and first fight out the gate beat the recognized champion of the division.
