Of course GBP won't sue Pacquiao they wouldn't want to ruin "the fighter promoter relationship" this early. What if the court ruled on Pac being with them?
And besides Pacquiao is fully protected by the contract he signed with Arum. The contract includes Pacquiao being imune from all monetary liabilities in case GBP files against him. TOP RANK will shoulder all monetary obligations.
But There's a clear contradiction on DLH's part in the later part of the article. Again he said he wants to help the sports and the fighters and yet Pac won't fight any top contender from his outfit, how is that helping the sports?
Great fights can still and still should happen even if Pac is with another outfit, isn't that suppose to be?

So true, that's exactly my point. He is slowly showing his true color.
