How do you post the Youtube vids

so that you see an actual screen of the vid on the post with the "play" button on it, like the guy who posted the Valuev vids or the guy who posted the Mike Tyson vid did?

All I can figure out how to do is post the link to the vid.

There is an icon on far right that says "embed" ctrl+a whats inside of it and paste it on the response page.
