Valuev looked pretty good in that video albeit against a journeyman fighter; he threw some really good body punches, used his jab effectively, and landed some decent combinations. Valuev definitely has the potential to improve his style and become a better fighter and hw champion.
Against Mccline, I hope we see a more dominant fighter in Valuev and hope that he wins in convincing fashion.Comment

I know Valuev is a freak..but he aint no joke
he has good basic boxing skills not oustanding but i think he is underated
By his sheer size he has a natural power reach weight height advantage over his opponents.
its gonna take a very good HW to over come all these advantages.Comment

I do think he's a tad bit underrated, and he's a better fighter than people give him credit for yes. But I'm not sold on his ability to beat what is deemed a real quality guy in the division impressively.
I thought Valuev lost to Donald and Ruiz. The fights were close but I do think the judges did a horrible job...but hell. The fights ****** anyways.

I haven't seen such good body punches from him until I saw that... As well as workrate. He looked like Pacman in that video with Ryan.
