Barrera's been much more gun shy as of late and that would spell even more trouble against the ever improving Pacman. Btw, I've never heard Barrera mention Pac's name once. It is the networks and his promoter talking about it. 50/50 that doesn't sound right at all. Barrera's been a safety first fighter(boring) for most of his fights. Pacman is an animal, his intensity reminds me of a young Duran.

I want to see Pacman moreso vs Valero and Soto but I'd like to see him whip Barrera's ass one more time.

I'm not sure why the hype got to me for even a second. Do the people giving Barrera a shot attribute his chance of success to a differing tactic from the first fight? Admittedly Barrera has aged, slowed, and had to adapt to his physical prowess slipping. While Marco has gotten older Pacquiao has stayed young and actually improved. He has gotten better.

So even Barrera fans admit Marco has aged and is not at his peak, while Pac man is getting better....where is the renewed hope for Barrera coming from?

If it was up to Pac...he would take 40-60 on the purse with Barrera. He's not greedy like Marquez...or was JMM was just really a chicken...LOL
