Isnt Enzo in a no lose situation if he accepts the fight. He wont lose his belt even if he loses the match. And he gets the opportunity to show he is the best cruiserweight in Britain.
I am on Hayes side on this one. It seems he wants it more than Enzo and Enzo is keeping a bit quiet at the moment. Take a smaller purse then Enzo and you will also keep yer belt.

i honestly think the only way that this fight will happen is if calzaghe pulls out of the main event.
i dont see frank risking a cash cow when he knows that the show is probably gonna sell out anyway.

good point, if the haye enzo fight did go ahead that should be the main event.

Calzaghe has about 3-4 fights left in him and Frank Warren needs Enzo as his future attraction, considering that Ricky Hatton has also left him.

Enzo is Frank Warrens ***** for the next 10 years, no way is he going to risk Enzo getting knocked out after just getting the WBO belt.

Its like Enzo has lost his vocal chords. Cant he say he wants Haye? Cant he tell Warren he wants him? Is Warren some kind of Mafioso or something that noone can speak against.

I have spent this very evening in the company of part of Enzo's camp (great night as it goes). They'd happily drive Haye from London to the Millennium Stadium for the fight in April. Word is that neither of the promoters want it though regardless of the bluff in the press. ****s to a man are Warren or Baloney.

Excuse the language, but you try drinking with the Swansea east side mafioso

yeah its clear that enzo and haye would fight each other but boxing polictics will get in the way.

Well if that's true then they should tell their promoters they will leave them if the fight's not made. Force the fight. I would have so much respect for both if they did that - it'd be a breath of fresh air in a business that, frankly, is getting stale with all this ****ing bull****. There's too many handpicked opponents. These are the two best cruisers in the country and if the promoters wont make it then the fighters themselves should do more to make it. They are sportsmen, after all, whereas the promoters are businessmen.

Isnt it just as easy as Enzo holding his fist to Warrens boat race, and saying im harda than u mate. Give me Haye or this fist will be in yer face.
