I thought Roy looked sharp and energized. You could tell he was excited to be out there fighting. But I thought he did a great job of going to the body consistently throughout the fight. And he looked to be in great shape.

He did a great job exposing Ajamu's body, he didn't let the punches flow.. alot of them were singular, and his feet were stationary alot.. he doesn't have the foot work to contend with any of the top fighters of today.

He looked in shape and determined.
Looks like he still has skills, but doesnt have the speed that he used to have, which is a dertiment to his awkward technique.

If nothing else, it proved that Roy isnt completly shot, he has SOMETHING left, and the desire to fight is still there.

I agree although we'll have to see how he does when he fights a real opponent.

Roy is a reflex fighter and his speed has left him. If he continues fighting he's going to be caught again like in the Tarver fight. Roy is one of my alltime favorite fighters and I hope he decides to retire before he becomes seriously injured.
